I've decided on my final two choices for an upgrade to my XFire HIS 5770's

The next addition to those cards will be a Dell U2410 and my rig is finished for awhile. The only debate I'm having is warranty vs customer service. I know nothing of Gigabytes customer service but know they make a great product. EVGA's step up, lifetime warranty and customer service I hear is superb but do I need all that for 30 dollars more?
I'll also be waiting a little to see if the prices drop below my ceiling of $250.00 (hoping really)
