So here is my final decision unless someone speaks up with an objection lol;

$348 - ASUS VH226H 22in Widescreen LCD Monitor x2
$109 - NZXT TEMPEST EVO Case
$90 - CORSAIR CMPSU-650TX 650W ATX12V
$170 - GIGABYTE GA-P55-UD4P LGA 1156 Intel P55 ATX Intel Motherboard
$199 - Intel Core i5-750 Lynnfield 2.66GHz
$360 - XFX HD-577A-ZNFC Radeon HD 5770 x2
$93 - G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 4GB 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333
$55 - SAMSUNG Spinpoint F3 HD502HJ 500GB HD

total=$1424 roughly

Imma pick up a dvd drive at a store for about 30
and i already have:
keyboard
mouse
speakers
1TB external HD w/ eSATA conection
External dvd rw litescribe drive

the only possible change would be the addition of a third monitor, but thats only if i get money from parents and family for Christmas. what do you guys think?

Any particular reason why you chose the GIGABYTE GA-P55-UD4?

full size MOBO w/ 7 pci slots and crossfire support. gives more options for upgrading later on as well as the fact that it is larger there wont be as much of an issue w/ the GPU's overheating , which seemed to be a tendency when crossfiring with the cheaper Gigabyte MOBO.

is there anything wrong with that one?

and those look really good, but because the Asus monitor has dynamic contras ratio as well as the 16.7 million color support and with the 20 dollar rebate on both they only end up being $306, so i think the dells are a good alternative, but thanks for the suggestion! =D
