Filters?

I guess it depends on what type of filter you are thiniking about. I use different kinds on my 'puters.

I have round UV aluminum ones i got from Bigfoot Computers
I've used the plastic with foam. Don't like those as much.
And on some mods where things are tight or just strange somehow I gone to canadian tire and bought the trim-to-fit filter material. The stuff i got was called Ultimate Air Filter (2nd from the bottom) which gets taped on is some cases or placed in holders in others.
So really I guess the answer is what are you loking for exactl?

if you can do some case modding, you can buy small HVAC filters. Smallest ive seen are about 10x10" for 4$

That's what I've been planning on. Good to know they're cheap, I was concerned about that.

2nd'd on teh pantyhose thing. Been doing the filter thing for years. Best part, they get too screwed up, throw away and raid the GF's sock drawer (or mom's if you live at home) for some more. There's like an endless supply of that stuff :D

erm, on 2nd thought don't raid mom's sock drawer... never know what you'll find.....

i picked up a bunch of the metal mesh filters off ebay....

work like a charm and easy to clean.
