Filling and Bleeding

ok i'm having a but of a problem with my new (and first) wc setup. I have read as many FAQ's and tutorials etc. as one can read but i'm still having a problem filling and bleeding my system. When I fill it, and turn the pump on to circulate water there are like billions of tiny air bubbles. when I turn the pump off there are still signifigantly LARGE pockets of air at some points in the line. At first I realized this was because I didn't have the T-line on the suction side of the loop, but that has been changed, and still no go. I ran it for 2 days straight and theres still tonnes of tiny air bubbles. In case you're wondering i'm using EXTREMELY pure water (its Autoclaved MilliQ water ... aka its ultrapure molecular lab grade water, no ions, bacteria/anything in this water) so I cant see the air bubbles being the offset of a reaction between ions in the water and the components in my loop. The T-Line is also the highest point in the loop. Does anyone have a clue why/what I can do to fix this?
 
Well, make sure that your T-Line isn't plugged at the top. That might result in bubbles not being bled out. Another thing to try is "shaking" components around as the loop is going (most notably your radiator, to try to get some of the bubbles out. One thing I do sometimes, is turn off my loop periodically, and let the bubbles all go up the T-line.

One thing though, have you noticed any leaking? Cause if you are, then its not that bubbles aren't escaping, its that air is coming in where water is leaking out.
 
I don't think there is any leaks, I tried to be as careful as I could with metal hose clamps and everything. I do however have a Mag 3 pump and I have heard that not sealing the intake with silicon can lead to leaks ... I havn't done this yet, and will do it this weekend.

In case btw anyone is curious here is my setup:

WW CPU Block
Danner Mag 3 pump
Heatercore (purchased from DangerDen)
1/2" Clearflex Tubing
Metal Hose Clamps (aka Steel Worm Drive Clamps)
A Pressure Guage

I have the loop running from Pump ---> Pressure Gauge ---> Heatercore ---> T-Line ---> CPU Block ---> Pump

As for plugging the T-Line it WAS plugged when it was on the wrong side of the loop (I had to because whenever I turned the pump on water would fill into the T-Line, eventually right to the top of the filling tube .. thats what made me realize it was on the wrong side of the loop (now its on the suction side)). It is NOT plugged now though, that its on the right side of the loop.

I don't really have any idea on your bubbles but how did you work the pressure guage in there? I'm real curious as to what kind of components you put in and if you connected it thru a pvc pipe or what? I've thought about putting one into my next setup, so I just thought I'd ask.
 
I bought the pressure gauge from dtek ...

I am using clearflex tubing, the above pressure gauge has been designed for a watercooling setup. Its not that pretty either I know, but I bought it more for function then appearance (aka I want to just be able to look in my case and see that my pump hadnt had a critical failure or something the night before).
