The Problem is since SP2 for XP Pro was installed on all our computers it looks like the files and settings wizard has been changed enough that it does not transfer the files and settings using the default options as it had prior to SP2.
All the systems we have used this tool on lately were missing files from other partitions, outlook settings and .pst files, IE favorites, .htm, and entire folders full of office data files that were stored directly on the C: drive (.doc, .mdb, .xls)
Can anyone tell me that they changed something in the FAST wizard since the new service pack and why they messed with a pretty reliable tool? I know you can have the option to add certain extentions, but they were defaulted in the old version. I use Ghost Images allways to insure a complete backup, but the fast tool was time effective not having to copy stuff through hundreds of folders.
