File won't transfer when there is more than enough room

Shows me about to drop after dragging.

Tells me it's no good.

I am trying to transfer a file from my PC, to a 16gb thumb drive. There is more than enough room, but it keeps telling me there isn't? The file is a bit over 9gb, and I have about 15gb free. I have reformatted the thumb drive, and it still will not transfer. Any help would be appreciated. Win7 64x if it matters.

Make sure that the drive is formatted as NTFS and not FAT32. Remember FAT32 supports up to 4GB files.

Ahhh, CRAP. You're right, I did FAT32. Because my PS3 won't read it otherwise.
