File Server Questions - Deleted Files

I have a Windows 2003 Server... if one of my desktop users deletes a file from a shared folder, it goes "bye bye"... is there a way to prevent this, we don't care if someone deletes something, but is there a way they can go into a network "recycle bin" rather then just going gone for good? Sometimes a user accidently deletes a file, and then we have to load the backups.
 
I think it requires Shadow Volumes, but can they right click in the directory, and look at the "previous versions" tab? If setup, they can yank the file from an earlier copy of the volume.
 
using Shadow Copy would be your best bet.
although there may be some 3rd party tools to prevent files from getting deleted for good, I haven't looked in to that.
