File Server Case Options

I was considering a P180 to build out my file server, but including the system drive we're looking at 9 drives total so this really won't work.

I was looking at a stacker but it won't fit where I need it to go (it's too tall). Are there any cheap (less than $200) server cases capable of holding 2 of the SuperMicro drive cages?

by server case you mean EATX form factor or what?

My old Thermaltake Skull case is a mid tower that can hold two of the supermicro racks. No EATX though.

If you like expansion, and huge isn't a concern, check out the yy-0221 cube case for $150. It's got room for 2 Supermicro cages (if your power supply isn't too deep - I can measure how deep if you like the looks of this case) plus 10 other drives. It also handles EATX boards and full-length expansion cards. And probably watercooling, for that matter

You can fit 9 drives in a P180 without breaking a sweat.

I bought one of these.. Chenbro SR-107. I also got 2 x of the Chenbro SATA/SAS Hotswap cages.
