File error: Protected password

Hello everyone. I have stored my pptx file (Microsoft PowerPoint 2010) in an external hard drive. When i try to open i get the following message: Protected password.
How to repair pptx file? Any advice?

I think the easiest and most effective way is to use powerpoint password recovery software, such as PowerPoint Repair Toolbox
