File Encryption for Windows 7

I'm looking for a small shareware or freeware program that can conveniently encrypt and decrypt directories. It would be nice if it puts the encrypt and decrypt option in the right click menu.

Does anyone know of a good software that does this, and does it in windows 7 x64?
