Fielding options for cooling CF 290s.

I just got 2 R9 290s and its been throttling and the fan even for me is quite loud at 70%+. I want some opinions on aftermarket options to cool it. I was thinking 2 Arctic Cooling Accelero Xtreme III coolers but I cant find it anywhere. I was wondering if there are any other good options.

Also do you guys think I could do a WC loop for just 2 R9 290s for $400 ish?

If you don't mind going used, we could easily hit that $400 price point for a nice custom loop..I have a couple 360mm radiators, a Swiftech MCP600 pump, a DangerDen Rad Res, and 10ft of PrimoChill LRT 7/16" Tubing (new, Glossy Black)...If you get a pair of the cheapest full cover GPU blocks, which are the EK copper blocks @ $106 each and some fittings, we can build you a pretty decent loop! I even have a decent CPU block I could toss in that will work with your 4770K, so you could cool the entire system! PM me if you want to work something out!!

For $400 you could squeeze by with a nice loop, might have to cheap out on the cpu block tho.

I Just want the GPU blocks, I have a H80i for the CPU already. You guys think I could do it? Also what blocks would you recommend for the 290? I was looking and I only saw the EK and Koolance but I read that the EK should be avoided?
