Hardware being used is:
Dell 2650 Server
Dell 660F RAID Array
QLogic 2200 Fibre Channel Card
OS Win2k Server SP4

Question:
Getting the error "Back end fibre dead" (Event ID 887) off the first controller which is connected to the first array .. I've ruled out the cable being the culprit as I have replaced it but I'm still getting the error .. I'm figuring it's either the QLogic card or the controller in the array .. anyone think it may be something else ? or if there may be a way to track down what exactly is causing this error ?

any sort of input on this would help tons .. thanks ...
