FF Tab Option Missing

I've got firefox installed on two computers. Neither of them have the "select new tabs opened from bookmarks or history" option, yet one of them does select the new tabs (which is quite annoying) and the other does not. I'm running 1.5.0.6 on the one that selects the tabs, and I'm sure at least 1.5 on the other one. It's very annoying to have each new tab opened from a bookmark selected. Does anyone know how I can get rid of it?

I have that one, there should be another one that says "Select new tabs opened from bookmarks and history". The option there is if you open a tab from a hyperlink, which works fine. The problem is if I open something from a bookmark at the top of the screen or my homepage button or something.
