I am parting out a new system, so far I would like to get the Visiontek x800 video card, I am going with 2 512 meg chips of corsair mem, and 1 200gig or so serial ata mother board. I want to get a amd 64bit 3200 chip, but I do not know what cooler would be best for it, or even where to look for boards that have PCI express and duel channel mem.

Might want to take some more time and do some more research. There a million reviews of CPU coolers.

There's also no such thing as a 200GB SATA Motherboard, and PCI Express is not available to buy at this time.

dual channel should be available for any chip you want to get, but yea, if you want pci-e, you'll be waiting a few more months at least. not to mention that you said you were going with the visiontek X800, which is an AGP card, so I'm really not sure why you are looking for pci-e.

Today ATI has released its much anticipated PCI Express line of video cards built around their latest graphics technology. The graphics cards announced today are the PCI Express version of the Radeon X800, the Radeon X600 and the Radeon X300. ATi also has the mobile market covered today with the announcement of the ATi Axiom.

Any eta on when this stuff will be for sale to the market?

Announcing doesn't really mean much, since everyone knew they were planning them. I'll give you an example. Microsoft announced Longhorn a while ago, and it is a LONG LONG ways away. I'm reading it will be atleast the end of this year before PCI-E boards are readily available.

*sniff sniff* I smell a lock on the horizon! :D

Why wait? if you want to upgrade now, do it now ;)
