• Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.

i've two computers vs network cards.
now i want to connect between them:

what will it give me if i connect them only by cable?

what will i gain if i connect them through router?

if i don't have a router there is no way to connect them both simultaneously to the internet?

If you connect them together you get file and resource sharing between them. If you have two network cards in one machine, you can link the computers with a crossover cable, and use the second NIC in one machine in conjuction with ICS to connect to the internet which will file and resource share, as well as provide both with internet access (but the machine with two NIC's will have to remain on for the second to share net access).

If you connect them both to a router, you will get both file and resource sharing, internet access, as well as providing better security by not exposing them directly to the internet, this would be my recommended setup.
