FEAR locks machine after exit

I got a fix for this from VU tech support after emailing them over the last two weeks.. I finally convinced them this was a real bug and they contacted the dev software team and they came back with this, which works!

"With regard to the game crash while quitting, we have a work around please check if this addresses the issues.

1. Try playing the game some time.
2. Press Esc button to get to the Main menu.
3. Try hitting the keys Alt+F4.'

Thanks for the work-around. Vivendi support had been clueless.
