what is name of executable for F.E.A.R. - I want to rename another .exe to force AFR.

you can only have 1 period in any file.. everything after the . is the file extension.
And honestly.. what does this have to do with Ati videocards?!

thanks must be fear.exe

I have ATI GPUs in crossfire and tehre is a new game that doesn't have a crossfire profile in the Cat 6.10s. So to force AFR I can rename the .exe file to that of a game that does have a profile or use the advanced AI setting. Neither is as good as when ythe game gets a full profile I heard - but close enough in the meantime. I wanted to have both options hence the question. And now you can see why I could not take a look (I don;t own F.E.A.R.) and what it has to do with ATI GPUs.

Yes it is fear.exe
Its a good idea to provide a little more info in the initial post.
What you posted made you look lazy and made me wonder why we should check if you cant be bothered.

Good luck getting it to work :)

Thats wrong. A file can have as many periods as you want to use...up to 251 of them depending on the folder structure.

What is has to do with ATi is AFR in crossfire mode, you name the file into a name that has a crossfire AFR profile and get the increased performance.
