Does anyone make fluid dynamic bearing case fans? I'm not finding anything with Google...

[extra info]I have a couple towers that I'd like to overhaul. One will go to water cooling. The other will be air. I'm getting new fans for the air-cooled one with the best CFM to dB ratio I can find. All fans will also be contolled via rheobus. Most of the fans in it now are clear LED type with varying noise levels for the same model, ranging from "quiet" to unacceptable.[/extra]
