melee weapons. Nothing is more satisfying than taking out someone with a single knife shot to the back.

AK47/Type-56. Nothing can match a AK/56 in terms of power, range, damage, and price in games like css.
 
Chainsaw in Doom baby. I love how the Doom games ALWAYS turned off the lights and spawned a bunch of meat to tear up when you picked up the chainsaw for the first time. Scary and exhilarating.
 
It's hard to beat a silenced sniper rifle in Rainbow Six, Deus Ex, and many other games.

But for far longer, I've loved the maxed Quad Laser and the Smart Missile from the Descent series. Detonating the Missile on a wall/ceiling/floor in front of you and letting the homing plasma charges fly back to strike your pursuers is one of the most fun deathmatch tricks I've ever seen or heard of.
