Faulty Power supply?

So I bought this power supply back in august of last year, and since then Ive added a full water cooling setup (2 rads, 1 pump 1 res, cpu block) also have 11 fans, 10 on the rads, and an exhaust fan. Running the current gpu overclocked, cpu overclocked, I have 2 hard drives and an ssd drive, cd drive, and a light kit.

Yesterday my fans on one of the rads stopped working and after about 5 seconds turned back on..Also I was playing BF3 and I was getting half the amount of frames. I thought it was drivers, so I uninstalled, then did driver sweeper, reinstalled new drivers. Even went to the extreme of reinstalling windows. Still. Also the lights are dim on the light kit.

Is this a sign of power supply failure?
If so is this a good replacement?

Thanks in advance!

We need to know the exact brand and model and wattage of the PSU in question (your current one, or the one that's giving you the problems) before we can help you.

1) Typically takes more than an hour before someone will respond especially in one of the smaller sub forums

2) Can you list the specs of the PC over all....you used pretty much generic terms all around....

It does sound like PSU failure but it could also be that some other component has a fault that is dragging the PSU down or it could be that the fans themselves are the source of the problem and that overheating is the source of your performance drop.

As others have said we really need to know the full specs of your system including CPU(s), GPU(s), cooling gear etc so we can figure out what your PSU needs are. Knowing what your existing PSU is would also be useful.

Also how are the fans that stopped powered? direct from the PSU or from a fan header?
