I just installed mine and makes great thermal contact with my 9800P because the entire heatsink was warm, but when I put my had back behind the case it feels like there is no air coming out of it. The fan is definitely spinning. I put a strip of paper against the grille and the paper was actually sucked toward the grille. Isn't the air suppoed to come OUT? Help

Update: Ok, I realised that more fans are exiting air than bringing in new air. I slowed the exiting fans down, and I could feel more air coming out of the Silencer grille. Is the fan really that weak or is there something wrong?

Yeah, it doesn't work THAT well on case that is negatively pressurized. However, temp diff you will see will be minimal due to sheer size of HS regardless. I always like positive pressure case in general for dust issue though :)

With my Lian-Li case, there were origially 2 80mm fans in the back and 1 80mm fan on top to vent air with 2 80mm fans taking in air. I modded it to have a 120mm blowhole and a 120mm opening on the bottom, and there is STILL negatine pressure with the opening on the bottom. 188.5cfm exiting and 211cfm entering.... how is that possible???

Best guess, overpressure is going through every nook and cranny. Try to get the pressure a little more equalized

Maybe because those numbers are only rough estimates. The fans' ratings are probably taken with zero flow resistance, which is far from what the situation is in your case. And that's actually not possible, by the way - you have the same amount of air entering and exiting at any given moment.
