Fatality Front Panel Dead!

I've seen other's post on the Creative forums that their Fatality Front Panel was DOA as mine seems to be. Question I haven't seen an answer for is can you RMA just the front panel or does it all have to go back? Sound card works fine and onboard sound is extra crappy not to mention a performance hit so yeah. Can the Front Panel be rma'd or what?
 
Why don't you call the company and find the RMA policy? :confused:
 
Their tech support email usually has very good responses.
