Fasttrak100 = Fasttrak 2000 or 133???

If I used the newer bios for the fasttrak2000 which is an ata 133 based controller in my fasttrak 100 which is ata 100 would I be able to get the performance gain or is it a hardware issue that it not compatible?

i'm willing to bet that you COULDNT make it work, promise would lose money if all it took was a free download to upgrade a card like that.

most likely the slower card won't even take the update. it will tell you no compatable hardware found.
