fastest most stable omega/catalyst driver?

i just got a 9600pro 256mb and the mem hasnt been O/Cing too good. i have the omega 4.9 which seems pretty good for now but i want more out of the 9600pro. im not looking for any suggestions on upgrades or w/e i just want to know whats the best driver till this date for ATI cards.
 
The newest ones out are the 5.1s. I picked those up last night after tryin other vendors and NOTHING really compares to the quality of the OMEGAs.

With that said the guy writing the drivers is putting his work on hold because he states

"people dont appreciate my work and copycats are making it harder for users to select the best driver"

Anyway going from the 4.9>5.1 I gained over 100 3d2k3 marks and a SHITload of FPS in CSS
