Would like to be able to download at my max speed when needed.

Unless it is better to just have my own at my friend's house.
 
you wont find one, they all limit throughput. afaik.
icedrive and google drive are the best options.
 
Will run my own with 36 TB of storage for $500.

Seems like a better deal plus more space than I will ever need.
