Whats the fastest HDD out there? No Velociraptors because I can't afford it :)

1TB (More or Less)
SATA

Is it the Samsung HD103UJ, Caviar Black or Seagate 7200.11? or is it something else?
What about 2 HDDs in Raid-0? Honestly I don't care about space. I only have a 80GB right now so I'm used to having no space. As long as it's atleast 320GB or 500GB.
 
Oh I didn't notice your last comment that you don't really need 1TB. I'd agree with Converge then and get the 640 AALS or AAKS. The AALS offers a 5 year warranty rather than the 3 that the AAKS has and also has a 32MB cache while the AAKS has 16MB. Other than that, they perform the same.

Amazon has the AAKS for $70.
