Hi thanks for moving my post to the right place.I still need help.
Thanks in advance

get a HIPS, like process guard, and then put a password. So when he tries to install something, the program will deny it unless u unlock it with the pass.

Then theres REGDEFEND to protect the startup services.

you can take out any program that isn't run by SYSTEM. If you get spybot search and destroy, go into advance mode, and then go to startup services, if you click on the program, on the right side it tells you a bit about the program, and if you need it/what its needed for.

Get Autoruns and see what is loading when your PC boots.

Disable anything with ridiculous names or that you definitely dont want loading.
Dont disable anything you arent sure about as your PC could fail to boot.
Use google to find what things are.

Get Adaware and Spybot.
Update them and scan your PC for nasties.
I'm sure others can recommend more good software.
Process Guard as mentioned is very good at stopping anything you dont want from running.
