Fast paced FPS needed.

UT '99 because you can change the speed. Don't know if you can change the speed in the newer ones but going by the above post you can't without a mod.
 
FEAR Combat? Unarmned attacks feels like you are flying! At least on my PC it does lol.
 
I have to vote for painkiller. Nothing better if you like to spend hours doing nothing but shooting.

The modifiers called "mutators" are included in UT2004 not sure about 99.
 
I'll vote for Painkiller as well. The MP is pretty good in it too...unfortunately not many people actually play the MP though. :( PK's MP reminds me of old Quake 1 deathmatches.
