Farcry Twitching?

I just recieved my replacment motherboard before christmas and I got my new computer running. I was happy for a while with palying Call of Duty 2 that came with my video card, but last night I deceded to give Farcry a try.

The problem is that some of the background (Trees, ect) and the badguys are twitching! I did some searching and I found a thread that said to install the 1.1 patch to solve some issue that I was not having. I installed the patch anyway, but it did not solve anything. I also got the newest drivers from Nvidia, but they have not helped.

Another thing I noticed is that when I press the "W" key to walk forward the character flys forward.

Anyone have any ideas?
 
1.33 to be exact. :) Make sure you get only the 32 bit patches, not the 64 bit ones.
 
I don't know if this will help, but it's worth a shot. Check out the FarCry tweaking guide at www.tweakguides.com. It's a good read even if it doesn't fix that twitching issue.
