Hello. I just got the game, and having high expectations, I was really looking forward to getting into it. However, I have spent the last couple of hours trying to progress further than fixing the car (the first thing you do in the game). I'm not sure if it's something wrong that I am doing.

I leave the hut with the guns and medical kits.
I go to the car.
I fix the car.

Nothing happens. My missions objectives aren't updated. I go back to see the man but the door isn't open so I cannot see him. The car just sits there fixed. I have restarted a new game in the hope that I may be able to progress, but that hasn't sorted it. Please help me rectify this annoyance.
