Far Cry texture corruption

I've got a 6800nu with 67.66 drivers and, in Far Cry, I get major texture corruption and hitching. There's a huge black square that follows the characters and nothing looks quite right. This is the only game I get any sort of problems with. Does anyone know how to fix this?
 
Do you have the 1.3 or 1.31 patch? I had major graphics corruption on my 6800gt till i patched it...
