Not gonna post a link for obvious reasons, but here are the options.


H - Infinite Health
8 - Infinite Body Armour
9 - Infinite Stamina
F3 - Infinite Ammo/grenades etc.
F4 - Get Binoculars
F5 - Get Light
N - Lobotomize Enemy On
M - Lobotomize Enemy Off
F10 - Weaken Enemies
F6 - Escape On
F7 - Escape Off
F8 - Speed Boost On
F9 - Speed Boost Off
Z - Super Weapon Cycle
F1 - Fly On
F2 - Fly Off

so, i can figure these are cheats... i can figure you mean to inform us of them... but... you don't say anything... would you like to inform us about this? and why can you not post a link to a trainer? I am under the assumption that doing so does not break the rules of the forum. A trainer is simply a cheat, not a no-cd crack or anything such as that, so it's able to be posted.

and damn, people are ALREADY cheating at the game? try to finish it w/o those first ;) the game is probably more fun w/o cheating. just my opinion though :rolleyes:

I'm playing on "Realistic" and i'm at the level "Control", granted it's hard but, if I was just walking through the game on easy, it'd be no fun and it would be over in a matter of hours.

Cheats, suck.

pointless thread, eluding to your l33t juarez hookups != good thread, why not just host the trainer for people? otherwise this thread is totally pointless.

no no, it IS pointless. ;) (i keed i keed) (however... it does baffle me why it was even made, if the "product" can't even be linked to, but it's instructions are shown... rather... odd???)

Not the trainer, but has many of the same options:

First off, move the DevMode.lua file to the main FarCry Directory
overwritting other file.

Now Start game by adding the '-devmode' parameter, in game - use the
following hotkeys:

F4 - Toggle No Clip Mode
F2 - Move to Next Checkpoint
o - Gives 999 ammo
p - Gives all weapons
F9 - Save Current Position
F10 - Load Current Position
F11 - Toggle Extra Information
F1 - Toggles FirstPerson/ThirdPerson Camera Modes
BackSpace - Toggle GodMode
= - increase speed
- - decrease speed
F5 - Default Speed


Note: I've added the GodMode cheat and enabled the speed cheat also..
you will notice that once in devmode all the levels of the game are
also unlocked ;)

What is the max res that Far cry supports?
 
More to the point... What is the max res your system can run it without crying and begging for mercy?

In the demo I have options all the way up to 1600x1200... But I expect that my system would slowly burn a hole through my desk if I tried to play at that res.

It sure would be a pretty slideshow though.

I find that 1024x678 with everything turned up all the way works, but I wouldn't want to try multiplayer with the occasional slowdowns. I've tweaked the water to reflect everything.

why would u use a trainter on a game like this? using cheats to get god mode was fun when you were 10 years old but its nothing new now and you should realize it ruins the game.

I can undertand a trainer for warcraft or something to give you gold (b/c collectiing gold isnt fun.. fighting is), or on vice city to remove bad weather or to give you money or invincible cars (b/c you can actually have fun with that .. do stuff you coudldnt normally ie: your tring to do stunts etc but keep blowing up or it starts raining) but god mode in an fps is jsut the same game without and challenge.. fun = no, mabye all weapons would be fun for like 5 minutes but then it ruins finding them later in the game
