Can anyone recommend me an open source content management system / knowledge base / FAQ system?

My requirements are:
  • Easy to update without using code (no plain WIKI type commands)
  • Search functionality / indexing
  • Multimedia support (pictures, videos, attaching files)
  • Editing "in page"
  • Administrative abilities (ie, restricting certain sections to certain users)
  • Free / open source if possible

I've been looking at the following systems:

PHPMyFAQ
KBPublisher
ScrewTurn

Our company already has a SharePoint site, and we utilize a ticketing system (TrackIT) with a built in KB, but we want something that can be picked up relatively easily by just about any user.
