Ive searched high and low looking for 120mm fans that are either clear or aluminum, and would like them to max out around 3500rpm. The only thing that Ive come up with is link . I really would prefer clear with blue led or aluminum wiith or without leds. I plan on using a fan controller with these so I can crank em up and down as I please. Anyone have any good experience with certain fans? Or know any high rpm fans off the top of your head? I hate to ask about such a silly thing as a fan but I spent most of the day looking.

Thnx for any input

You are going to be very hard pressed to find a 120 mm axial fan with an aluminum or clear acrylic frame but also spins at more than around 2200 RPM. That's because aluminum/clear fans are designed and marketed to computer enthusiasts who don't care for "industrial strength" fan performance and the associated noise. You can easily find fans that match one of the two characteristics but not both.

Good luck finding a 3500RPM 120mm clear/aluminum fan

As for aluminum and clear LED 120mm fans (2200RPM obviously)

^^^^ True

anyway, I got a couple Thermalsomething Thunderblade 120's that are clear w/blue LEDs. They push about 78cfm and are around the 30db range. I can't even hear them over my cpu fan and they're not on a fan controller.
