I have two 120mm fans on the top of my case, my question is should I get a fan controller for all my case fans a total of four or should I just use the motherboard to control the fans?
 
Thats what you should ask yourself. Do you want them to run full on all the time, or be able to adjust them as you find the need.
 
120mm fans run at slower RPM speeds, thus making them pretty quiet without sacrificing air flow. If the noise doesn't bother you, then I would just let them run at full speed without a speed control.

I run all my 120s at full speed.
