What would be a good fan to buy that is under $10 each?

I'm looking to add 1-2 more into the CM690.
 
Yate Loons from Petra's Tech Shop are quiet, good quality, and affordable at about 6 dollars each.
 
I was thinking 2 Scythe fans for exhaust and intake.

Any suggestions for which ones?

I was thinking the 110CFM ones, but the dBA is 37, which seems high and people say is loud. Also, spinning at 1900 RPM's it probably wont last as long as a slower one.

the other 2 options are 66CFM@24dba 1200RPM, or the 88CFM@33dba 1600RPM.

Any suggestions over those 3 fans?

I also ordered 2 more of the LED CM ones, not because of the LED, they were $10 together and rated something like 40CFM@20dba. *Shrugs*
