fans + radiator vibration problem

Hi, so I added a MCR2200 to my case with 2 120mm yate loons attached. However, I get this really loud vibration when the radiator is attached to the fans (sounds like a faint vacuum cleaner, if that makes any sense). When I just attach the fans to the grill on the case, it is fine, so I'm pretty sure the fans + the radiator is the source of this annoying noise.

Does anyone else have this problem? Would adding one of those vantec dampener things help? I'm concerned about adding another layer to the fans, b/c the 1" screws I have just reach the radiator (through the radgrill, case, and fans) just barely. Speaking of which, do you think longer screws would reduce the vibration much?

You probably haven't tightened the screws enough so there's room between the fan and the radiator, allowing for vibrations.

I use vantec gaskets on all of my fans as a precaution. It does wonders. All I can hear in my system is my Iwaki pump or when my raptor's spool up.

so if I'm hooking one side of the fan to the case, and the other to the radiator, I should use 2 gaskets per fan?

I use them on both sides. However, you can get away with just using it on the side that has contact with the radiator or anything else that may make noises.
 
So I think the problem is that the radiator is butting up against some connectors on my motherboard (it is a tight fit). I think that is causing the vibration. Is there anyway I can dampen the noise in that case? I can't think of a way...maybe I just have to live with it. Too bad it sounds like a faint vacuum cleaner :)
