Since I live in Phoenix, I need to keep my fans going strong to keep my temps low. The fans on the rad are pretty damn loud at full volts. I'm looking to get some new fans, but I need to know what the fans on the rad are rated at so I can compare. What are their air flow and noise levels?

Fans w\Apex kit: Delta WFB1212M 72.4CFM each fan, 37 dBA for 2 fans.

I had those fans on my Apex kit and they were loud, even at low speeds. I replaced them with: Scythe S-FLEX, 1600RPM, Model: SFF21F's, 63.7CFM, 28.0dBA. Very quiet.
