i was wondering if there is anyway i could fix the fans on my video card...one stopped working and the other is loose....it bounces around off the heat sink causing a lot of noise....is there anyway i can fix them without buying a new heatsink/fan for it?

May be risky, but when my fx5200 was heating up(only had a giant heatsink) I screwed an old pentium fan on top of the heatsink. It was one of those ones with a bunch of ridges, so the screws fit in between the ridges.

[Edit:] Also, someone else on here had pics up of fans rubberbanded into their system so that they could blow on their video card.

i don't have any extra fans like that laying around...anything else i can do?
im trying to make it last until i get a 6800...

how much could i oc my card? the albatron 5700 has a huge HS...and has 2 fans...so i could put two of the $30 ones on there...

i already have the water block lol....i didn't bother with it because when i cleaned out my water cooling...i got it all back together and then i found out the fan was fucked up
and i didn't want to go through all that trouble to set everything back up again
