fans for fan controller

so i just bought a zalman 6-fan controller. looks great with my lian-li pc60b. but, i'm not really sure what kind of fans to get along with it.

i accidentally bought some coolermaster VR fans which aren't compatible with normal fan controllers. the stock fans don't seem to really respond to the fan controller, or at least i can't tell. so, which fans would work best with this fan controller?

i need 2x 80mm and 2x 120mm that i can crank up while i'm gaming, and set to low when my system is idle.

suggestions?
