hey all, i have a CM hyper 212+ and would like to pair it with two of these xigmatek 120mm fans (XIGMATEK XLF-F1253):

i think it would look cool with the white led and these fans are supposed to perform well.

the problem, however, is that they are 3 pin fans, as opposed to 4. do i need an adapter or anything? i'd like to be able to control the fans in speedfan and the bios
