Hey Everyone,
I was wondering if there are any other Fanatec users out there? I figured this thread could serve as a discussion/support location for those of us who are.
I am the recent owner of a Fanatec CSR wheel. I'm having issues with the wheel being recognized in Windows 7 64Bit. I've updated to the latest drivers (144) and firmware (756) but still have issues. Basically, the wheel is recognized as an HID device rather than Fanatec CSR Wheel. So when it comes to game recognition of the wheel, all is not well. I can use it, and set custom wheel settings, however only F1 2012 recognizes it at all as a Fanatec CSR Wheel. But even then, F1 2012 does funky things with the button layout, like having the left paddle shift act as "a" when the "a" face button acts as some unknown button.
Any ideas on solving?
