Does anyone make a 5.25 bay fan voltage controller where at least one of the controllers adjusts from 7-12 VDC? I'd like to use a controller on my cpu fan but I have kids playing on the thing from time to time and I'd rather they not be able to turn the cpu fan down to 0volts.
