Is there any danger to running the fan on a x800 at 100 % 100 % of the time?
Im thinking it will just wear the fan out quicker but the benifit of keeping the card cool should out weigh it. What do you guys think?
 
video card fans have been running at 100% for years .. i dont see why this should reduce life ..
 
no harm in running the fan at full throttle as long as you dont mind the extra noise coming from that bugger. :p
