is there a way to make fan spinning faster i'm using 120 mm fan connected it by molex adapter it is on lowest speed if i connect it to mobo it will spin faster but i the wiring is not nice so i don't like it

so my quest is how can i make it spin at full speed

That depends on how the fan is wired. To run at full speed, the red power wire that goes to the fan would need to be connected to the yellow +12v wire in the molex connector coming from the PSU. If that isn't how it's set up right now, you'd need to get a molex removal tool and rewire the fan's molex adapter by hand.
