what're the advantages and disavantages say, if a case is configured to have more exhaust fans than intake fans?

for example: in a chieftec dragon aluminum...
2 X 80mm exhaust fans at the rear
side panel fan configured for exhaust
dual fan psu (exhaust)
and just 1 intake fan (blowing on the hdd's)

any ideas? i'm worried about the dust that's why you can see there's only one intake fan.
 
From what I understand about these things, your case is a negative pressure case, i.e it Will collect dust.
The solution for a dustfree case is a positive pressure case (more in-fans than out-fans), with filters on the fans.

Sombody else confirm or deny this...
