getting a p180 need to fill all fan slots with most efficient fans, max DB level is 38, thanks.

The fan most people recommend:
Yate Loon model D12SL-12 120x120x25mm (1350 RPM @ 12V, 47 CFM, 28 dB)
http://www.yateloon.com/ >Product Line >DC FAN SERIES >120x120x25 >D12SL-12.

For the P180 system I'm about to build, I like quiet but want to easily turn up the
cooling when stressing the system (gaming) ... so my fans and set up:

Removing the 2 upper chamber supplied 4pin fans and replacing with similar but 3/4pin
type and using all 3 fan mounts.
3 x 120mm Antec TriCool 120 DBB fan 761345-75121-6
http://www.antec.com/us/productDetails.php?ProdID=75121

I need the 3pin connectors as I will be using this to control/monitor their speed:
Thermaltake Hardcano 13 5.25in Multi Function drive bay
controller w/6 IN 1 card reader & LCD disp. Part #: A2259
http://www.thermaltake.com/accessories/a2259hardcano13/a2259hardcano13.htm

Since the supplied 120 x 38mm fan is 4pin, I can't monitor its speed but I likely will always have it at its lowest speed.

Using controller:
Fan1: Middle Front IN RPM
Antec 120x25 1200-2000RPM
25dBA/39CFM >30dBA/79CFM
Temp1: Radeon ˚C

Fan2: Blowhole Fan OUT RPM
Antec 120x25 1200-2000RPM
25dBA/39CFM >30dBA/79CFM
Temp2: NB chip ˚C

Fan3: Upper Rear OUT RPM
Antec 120x25 1200-2000RPM
25dBA/39CFM >30dBA/79CFM
Temp3: SB chip ˚C

Fan4: Lower Chamber IN (no RPM)
Antec 120x38 900-1500RPM
17dBA/36CFM >28dBA/60CFM
Temp4: HDD (C: SATA0)˚C

Zalman CNPS9500 LED Copper CPU Heat Sink 92mm fan:
SILENT MODE LOW-NOISE MODE
1350RPM/18dB >2600RPM/27.5dB
http://www.zalman.co.kr/eng/product/view.asp?idx=165&code=005009
I will mount the Zalman FanMate2 controller unit on the outside of the
second fom top empty 5.25" drive bay.

Last fan is in the PSU and is a smart one that spins only as required.
Not expecting it will be spinning very fast and is reported as very quiet
by users.

etc

By spec the Antec TriCools compare well when you factor in the CFM rate.
