Looking to buy 3x 120mm fans for my norco.

Its my understanding that i need something that has good Static Pressure.
Im not sure what that exactly means, and from looking at fans on newegg i dont see a static pressure spec so I'm having a difficult time choosing some fans.

Was looking at the Sythe S-Flex, but would like [H] opinion and if someone could enlighten me on the static pressure thing that would be great.

My understanding is that good static pressure is necessary if the fan will face resistance blowing INTO something, usually a heatsink, fan filter, a stack of hard drives, etc. That said, static pressure is usually good no matter what.

For my Norco, I wanted to be able to control the fan array via PWM based on the temperature of the drives connected to my Areca, since the drives are idle/spun down most of the time and the chassis is in my bedroom so I'd appreciate the noise reduction. I just ordered the Coolermaster Blade Master 120mm fans.

The fans are PWM, and have excellent max static pressure (3.9 mmH2O) and max airflow (76 CFM). We'll see how they actually perform. You can find a 1->3 PWM fan splitter here.

I actually ended up ordering some Scythe Slipstream PWM fans, and will try them out.
My norco is in my bedroom closet so CFM:Noise ratio is important to me as well.

Will be nice to remove these deltas
