Fan RPM Problem

Hi,
I have some Panaflo fans in my case. They're these models.(BTW, I didn't get it from there)

I was using those for a few months until I decided to get the 3 pin tails for RPM monitoring. So I got them and I installed it. But for some reason I can't see the fan speed. It shows up as 0. At first I thought it was the fan controller, so I tried plugging it to my motherboard. And in the BIOS it doesn't show the rpm also.

So I'm wondering, what is the problem with it? I made sure I plugged in everything tight.
Thanks.
