Fan Replacement Question

I'm going to be ordering the Lian Li PC-9F and I would like to replace the stock fans.

The unit comes with 2 120mm up front and 1 in the rear. I've read that they are 900rpm, but haven't confirmed that.

What do I need to take into consideration when choosing a replacement for these?
What RPM should I target?
What connector type? ( I won't be using a fan controller now, but may add one down the line)

Are the S-Flex fans still really good?
